32 years of success for Russia's largest manufacturing complex
AGRISOVGAZ is Russia's largest manufacturing complex, comprising three industrial facilities: an aluminum structures plant, a steel structures plant, and hot-dip galvanizing plants. By 2022, the company had launched a number of innovative solutions that surpassed international developments in most respects. On August 31st, the company celebrates its 32nd anniversary and traditionally shares its successes and achievements.

Leading role in the greenhouse industry
Today, AGRISOVGAZ plays a leading role in the development of the Russian greenhouse industry, serving not only as a manufacturer and supplier of primary process equipment but also as a full-scale engineering company, providing a full range of services including project concept development, preliminary calculations, design, construction, installation, and commissioning of greenhouse complex facilities. Over the years, the company has built over 30% of greenhouse complexes in Russia using AGRISOVGAZ structures.
For its anniversary, AGRISOVGAZ is offering its own solution: a microclimate control system. The AGRISOVGAZ microclimate cell offers a distinct advantage and, thanks to its adiabatic system, significantly increases crop yields in both warm and hot climates. It combines the best features of fourth- and fifth-generation systems, allowing agronomists to efficiently adjust greenhouse microclimates in various conditions and build facilities at any latitude, including regions north of the Arctic Circle or in hot southern climates. This development can be used as a standalone technical solution or as part of an upgrade to existing greenhouse facilities.

Synergy of experience and expertise in various sectors of the economy
AGRISOVGAZ, a multi-industry holding company, supplies products to a wide range of sectors of the Russian economy, including energy, oil and gas, industrial and civil construction, and road construction.
The plants' production capacity allows them to fulfill even the largest orders in a short period of time. Annually, this includes 200 hectares of greenhouses, 150,000 tons of barrier fencing structures, 60,000 faceted lighting poles and water-discharge luminaires, 100,000 pipe supports and common house lighting, 12,000 tons of transmission line metal structures, 60,000 square meters of translucent systems, 18,000 tons of aluminum profiles, 120,000 tons of electric-welded pipes, and 144,000 tons of hot-dip galvanized metal structures coated with anti-corrosion protection.
The company's developments in various sectors have a positive impact on the country's economy and people's lives. For example, in the field of road barriers, they reduce the likelihood of accidents and, in emergency situations, the risk of serious injury to drivers and passengers, helping to reduce the number of car accidents with injuries and improve road safety in Russia.

Training and course center
For the second year, the company has successfully operated a training center, where over 300 people have already received factory-specific training. This training helps address the personnel shortage and fosters the development of a mentoring system. All of this contributes to achieving higher production results.
The training center's priority plans for the coming year include expanding its educational program to include training specialists in industrial safety, occupational health, and civil defense and emergency situations. To this end, work is underway to obtain accreditation from the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection to provide occupational safety services and to expand the teaching staff, including by inviting instructors from other institutions and educational institutions. Plans also include training highly qualified personnel not only for the center's own needs but also for the industry as a whole.

Towards the future with optimism
Every year, AGRISOVGAZ develops at an ever-increasing pace: production volumes are increasing, more innovative technologies are being developed and applied, and the level of independence from foreign components and supplies is increasing.
Our immediate plans include launching our own production of specific components, equipment, and systems for greenhouses, as well as developing software for centralized management of greenhouse operations. This will enable us to implement projects of any complexity, regardless of size or crops, making them even higher quality and more cost-effective. We are also developing a specialized multi-tiered system for growing strawberries, and we are building a unique, high-rise greenhouse for intensive, photo-controlled hop cultivation.
In terms of global focus, the company is focused on developing road infrastructure, manufacturing barriers and pedestrian fencing, lighting poles and automated traffic control systems, high-mast lighting installations, and other metal structures.

"Every new year of the company's operation is an opportunity to take stock and set goals for the coming year. Today, AGRISOVGAZ's enterprises are united in a cluster that allows us to address virtually any technical and production challenge. We have a number of technological solutions that are innovative for the Russian market. But our greatest achievement is our highly qualified team of over 1,500 professionals. This is what allows us to set ambitious goals and be confident that we will achieve them," commented Maxim Mikhailovich Yakibchuk, CEO of AGRISOVGAZ.
