Agrisovgaz designs, manufactures, and commissions products, mechanisms, tooling, and components for various industries. The company operates its own toolmaking facility with modern equipment, engineering capabilities, and a quality control system that complies with GOST ISO 9001-2015.

The company's toolmaking department is focused on the full production cycle—from design documentation to finished product manufacturing and service support. Our production capacity allows us to manufacture both individual items based on customer drawings and high-precision serial production runs.

Modern tool production

The toolmaking shop is equipped with high-precision equipment from leading global manufacturers: DMG, MORI SEIKI, AGIE, Mitsubishi, STUDER, and others. Modern CAD/CAM systems such as NX, CAMsoft, PGL, and KOMPAS are used for design and NC programming.

The company carries out:

turning of parts with a diameter of up to 400 mm and a length of up to 800 mm;
milling of parts up to 1000×600×300 mm in size;
electrical discharge machining;
high precision flat and round grinding;
heat treatment and nitriding of parts.

The use of CNC machines ensures consistent processing quality, high repeatability, and reduced human error. The equipment's positioning accuracy reaches ±5 µm, enabling the production of components for high-tech industries.
