Agrisovgaz's toolmaking facility manufactures dies for extruding aluminum profiles of any complexity. The company's production capacity allows for the production of dies up to 400 mm in diameter, while complying with DIN 24540 standards and the technical specifications of pressing equipment.
The design of die sets is carried out using modern CAD/CAM systems and mandatory development of pressing process parameters. This approach allows:
- ensure uniform flow of metal;
- reduce the number of adjustments at launch;
- increase the service life of the matrix;
- minimize production losses;
- improve the quality of the profile surface.
The matrix production period ranges from 35 to 55 days depending on the complexity of the product, the type of profile and the geometric requirements.

Matrix kits for extruders according to customer drawings
The company manufactures extruder dies based on customer drawings, specifications, or samples. The following data is required to design a die or die set:
- profile (normal);
- press force;
- parameters for mounting the kit in the press;
- sizes of inserts and bolsters;
- dimensions of the die holder;
- matrix dimensions in accordance with DIN 24540;
- parameters of keyways and technological holes.
The cost of manufacturing a matrix depends on the complexity of the profile and the category of the tool.
Matrix categories
Category A
Dies for the production of standard section profiles.
Category B
Matrices for profiles of medium complexity with a wall thickness of less than 1.5 mm.
Category C
Dies for complex profiles with wall thickness less than 1 mm and increased precision requirements.
