The flying saw, equipped with state-of-the-art electronics, operates automatically, both in conjunction with the main pipe rolling mill and independently. Using the control panel, all data can be entered according to the production order, allowing the operator to cut the required number of pipes to the required length without stopping the line when changing lengths.
The metal fabrication shop has installed an automatic welding line from the Italian company Officine Meccaniche Murgesi (OMM). The system significantly reduces the production time for lighting pole shafts and improves the quality of welds. The weld requires no additional processing and is virtually invisible after hot-dip galvanizing.
A FABRI GEAR 400 II CNC 3D laser cutting machine from Yamazaki Mazak (Japan) has been installed in the steel fabrication shop. This machine is designed for 3D laser cutting of tubular and profile materials. The new equipment can cut pipes up to 12 m long and 406 mm in diameter, and profiles up to 300 mm in diameter.

It supplied a variety of products, including steel and metal formwork for the Bolshoi Sports Palace, high-mast lighting systems, and AGS aluminum profile systems for glazing the facades of the Olympic and Red Square residential complexes, as well as the Bocharov Ruchey presidential residence. It also galvanized elements of the Olympic rings.
In 2012, the second-stage hot-dip galvanizing plant was built and commissioned in Maloyaroslavets, Kaluga Region. The total production capacity of the hot-dip galvanizing plant is 80,000 tons of galvanized metal structures per year.

AGRISOVGAZ became the 11th enterprise in Russia to receive this certification from the Kaluga Certification Body of the Quality Systems Certification Authority of the State Standard of Russia in accordance with GOST R ISO 9002.
AGRISOVGAZ is expanding its product range into new construction areas: it is launching active production of serial formwork (aluminum and steel), steel outdoor lighting poles and high-mast lighting systems, and road barriers. AGRISOVGAZ is developing an architectural system based on aluminum profiles (windows, doors, and facades).
Completion of the reconstruction of the translucent atrium roof of the Old Gostiny Dvor. A complex dome in the shape of an irregular trapezoid with a height difference has been created.

The main production facilities—aluminum and steel structures factories, a steel structure processing shop, and a hot-dip galvanizing shop—were commissioned in 1994-95. At this time, the situation in the country changed dramatically, and demand for greenhouses was virtually nonexistent. The company was forced to develop and master new products required in a market economy. At the same time, the complex continued to develop and produce new greenhouse designs.
Gazprom's management and Agrisystems, a leading Dutch greenhouse company, established a joint venture to manufacture modern greenhouse structures and systems. The integrated approach to building production facilities in the Kaluga Region entailed the creation of an industrial infrastructure—a network of factories producing industrial greenhouses and constructing them in gas-producing regions—to address the problem of utilizing excess heat emitted into the atmosphere by gas compressor stations. This led to the development of a greenhouse industry that could utilize this energy.
