The technology has passed Rospatent's rigorous novelty review, confirming its innovative nature for the greenhouse industry. The patent grants exclusive rights to the AGRISOVGAZ microclimate cell and is valid for 10 years, until December 27, 2034.

AGRISOVGAZ LLC's latest developments for the greenhouse sector were presented at exhibitions not only in Russia (Protected Soil, Flowers Expo, Global Fresh Market) but also in Kazakhstan (GREENHOUSES. IRRIGATION. ESTATE. FLOWERS. APPLE AND GARDEN). Particular attention was paid to the development of a proprietary microclimate control system using a dedicated section of the greenhouse complex—a microclimate cell.

AGRISOVGAZ LLC demonstrated its expertise at a high level by speaking at an event attended by government officials, industry association representatives, and greenhouse company managers. The meeting showcased the practical application and innovative potential of our microclimate cell.

AGRISOVGAZ participated in a project to manufacture and install frame supports for the automated traffic management system. The client was Avtodor – Toll Roads LLC.

These structures will be used to monitor and manage traffic flow along a section of the M4 "DON" highway in the Rostov region (Tarasovskoye rural settlement), including the installation of road signs, direction markers, information boards, traffic lights, video surveillance, and equipment for recording traffic violations. The length of the serviced section is 56 km (877 km – 933 km).

At the 21st specialized exhibition "Protected Soil of Russia – 2024," AGRISOVGAZ won gold in the competition "Implementation of New Developments in Engineering and Technological Systems, Equipment, and Materials for Greenhouses." Our company presented its own microclimate control system using a special section of the greenhouse complex—a microclimate cell. Its technological solutions can be used in any climate zone and enable superior yields and product quality.

In order to increase production efficiency, reduce costs and improve product quality, 4-axis MAC440 machining centers were purchased.

This equipment is designed for processing aluminum profiles, including milling to a specified contour, drilling, and threading. The potential profile processing capacity is up to 450 tons annually.

The company "AGRISOVGAZ" took part in the production of metal supports for high-voltage power lines as part of projects to reconstruct substations in the Republic of Belarus - near the village of Tabory in the Minsk region and in the city of Polotsk.

At the event, AGRISOVGAZ presented samples of road barriers and lighting poles with an anti-corrosion coating applied using hot-dip galvanizing. The high quality of our coating attracted the attention of not only visitors but also exhibitors.

This platform brought together key players in Russia's road transport community: representatives of government, science, and business, manufacturers of machinery, materials, and equipment, and road management experts. The exhibition was organized by the Federal Road Agency "ROSAVTODOR," the state-owned company "AVTODOR," and the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, with support from the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the INFORMAVTODOR Road Information Center.

Major projects in the greenhouse industry were implemented: equipping greenhouse complexes for growing vegetables and flowers in the Bryansk region (Zhurinichi village) and the Udmurt Republic (Izhevsk), with a total area of 22.4 hectares.

In 2024, the company successfully implemented large-scale projects in the field of road construction, covering key regions of Russia: the Volga Federal District (Ulyanovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saratov regions, Mordovia, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan), the Northwestern Federal District (Saint Petersburg, Leningrad, Kaliningrad and Murmansk regions), the Central Federal District (Moscow and the Moscow region, Kaluga, Tver, Tula, Ivanovo, Kursk regions), the Ural Federal District (Sverdlovsk region), the Southern Federal District (Rostov region, Krasnodar Krai), and new territories.

Key members of the delegation include experts from AGRISOVGAZ. The company is currently in the second phase of modernizing its production facilities, so the primary objective of the visit is to meet Chinese equipment manufacturers with whom it has not previously collaborated. A series of meetings with partners and visits to manufacturers of extrusion and coating lines for aluminum profiles are also planned.

AGRISOVGAZ has developed a new solution for the greenhouse industry – a microclimate control system. The AGRISOVGAZ microclimate cell combines the best features of fourth- and fifth-generation systems, allowing agronomists to efficiently adjust greenhouse microclimates in various climates and build facilities at any latitude, including regions north of the Arctic Circle or in the hot south. This development can be used as a standalone technical solution or as part of an upgrade to existing greenhouse facilities.

AGRISOVGAZ actively participates in specialized exhibitions, including international ones, such as Saudi Agriculture 2022 (Saudi Arabia) and AgraME 2022 (UAE). At these events, an innovative solution—a microclimate cell—was presented, attracting considerable attention from Arab businesses. Negotiations were held regarding long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation in the greenhouse sector.

AGRISOVGAZ's technological solutions for the road industry were presented at the largest international specialized exhibition, "ROAD 2022," in Kazan. The latest road structures were showcased on a 110-square-meter exhibit, including faceted lighting poles, high-mast lighting systems, noise barriers, automated traffic control system (ATCS) supports, and road barriers.

By decision of the Government Commission for Increasing the Resilience of the Russian Economy under Sanctions, AGRISOVGAZ has been included in the list of systemically important industrial organizations of the Russian economy.

AGRISOVGAZ was named "Kaluga Brand of the Year 2022" and received the "Kaluga Business" award. The awards were given to the region's best companies, including AGRISOVGAZ Group, based on a vote by residents and a rigorous selection process by a panel of experts.

More than 300 people received factory specialties at the company's own training center.

At the steel structures plant (ZSK), equipment from the Italian company Officine Meccaniche Murgesi (OMM) for the production of barrier fences was installed and put into operation.

Fencing production is carried out on two lines: an open-profile line for producing support posts, and a line for producing double- and triple-wave profiles. These lines are fully automated, allowing for high-volume, high-quality production.

Barrier fences are manufactured in accordance with GOST.

The company has opened a licensed training center for industrial specialties. Trainees are guaranteed employment with the company.

In addition, the plant offers the opportunity to improve existing qualifications.

Upon completion of the training, a certificate of qualification is issued.

The first phase of a project to modernize the extrusion lines has begun at the aluminum structures plant. The project involves the implementation of an automated liquid nitrogen cooling system for die sets, which will increase the extrusion speed of aluminum profiles by 20%, stabilize their mechanical properties, and improve surface quality.

AGRISOVGAZ has acquired a new pipe cutting machine from the Italian company Officine MTMSpA for cutting electric-welded pipes to a specified length.

The new saw can cut round pipes, square and rectangular sections, and formwork sections with wall thicknesses up to 5 mm and lengths up to 12,000 mm at speeds of up to 120 m/min. The flying saw, equipped with state-of-the-art electronics, operates automatically, both in conjunction with the main pipe rolling mill and independently. Using the control panel, all data can be entered according to the production order, allowing the operator to cut the required number of pipes to the required length without stopping the line when changing lengths.

In 2020, ARISOVGAZ celebrates its 30th anniversary in the market. During this time, the company has grown into a powerful cluster capable of solving a wide range of technical and production challenges. The company has come a long way from a narrowly focused greenhouse manufacturer to a group of companies with broad capabilities. The modernization program being launched at ARISOVGAZ will allow the company to further expand its presence in international markets for finished products in the energy, oil and gas, industrial, civil, and road construction sectors.

ARISOVGAZ sets goals for the further development of the company, the exploration of new areas and successful competition in the domestic and international markets.

The metal fabrication shop has installed an automatic welding line from the Italian company Officine Meccaniche Murgesi (OMM). The system significantly reduces the production time for lighting pole shafts and improves the quality of welds. The weld requires no additional processing and is virtually invisible after hot-dip galvanizing.

PJSC T Plus recommends AGRISOVGAZ LLC as a reliable partner in the implementation of construction projects using load-bearing metal structures.

PJSC T Plus has completed the installation of metal structures and solar photovoltaic modules manufactured by AGRISOVGAZ at the construction sites of the Sorochinskaya and Novosergievskaya solar power plants in the Orenburg region.

Work on the facilities is nearing completion. Construction is scheduled for completion this fall. Contractors and the client are making every effort to bring the new facilities online ahead of schedule.

A FABRI GEAR 400 II CNC 3D laser cutting machine from Yamazaki Mazak (Japan) has been installed in the steel fabrication shop. This machine is designed for 3D laser cutting of tubular and profile materials. The new equipment can cut pipes up to 12 m long and 406 mm in diameter, and profiles up to 300 mm in diameter.

The installation of a tandem hydraulic press with a capacity of 1,200 tons has begun at the AGRISOVGAZ metalworking plant. The tandem hydraulic presses, BAYKAL APHS CNC, are designed for automated bending of parts with automated ejection of the finished product.

The new equipment will be used to more efficiently produce transmission line supports, high-mast lighting installations, and outdoor lighting masts, and will enable the automated production of lighting supports with section lengths up to 13 meters.

In 2014, construction of the third stage of the hot-dip galvanizing plant in the Leningrad Region was completed.

The galvanizing production of AGRISOVGAZ LLC consists of three hot-dip galvanizing plants with an annual production capacity of 140,000 tons.

Since 2014, AGRISOVGAZ LLC has been owned by a private investor.

As part of the technical refurbishment of the AGRISOVGAZ metalworking plant, a Baykal Makine San CNC gantry plasma cutting system was installed and commissioned in June 2013. The system is equipped with two plasma cutters and HYPERTHERM HPR 260XD power sources. The table's working area measures 3200 x 12800 mm, and it can cut carbon steel up to 64 mm thick.

This plasma cutting system significantly expands the company's capabilities in the production of lighting poles and high-mast lighting systems. It will allow the company to process steel sheets up to 12 meters long.

The company served as a contractor in the construction of Olympic venues. It supplied a variety of products, including steel and metal formwork for the Bolshoi Sports Palace, high-mast lighting systems, and AGS aluminum profile systems for glazing the facades of the Olympic and Red Square residential complexes, as well as the Bocharov Ruchey presidential residence. It also galvanized elements of the Olympic rings.

In 2012, the second-stage hot-dip galvanizing plant was built and commissioned in Maloyaroslavets, Kaluga Region. The total production capacity of the hot-dip galvanizing plant is 80,000 tons of galvanized metal structures per year.

The quality system of AGRISOVGAZ LLC was recognized by two bodies at once: the Federal Certification Center of the State Construction Committee of Russia for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001

AGRISOVGAZ became the 11th enterprise in Russia to receive this certification from the Kaluga Certification Body of the Quality Systems Certification Authority of the State Standard of Russia in accordance with GOST R ISO 9002.

AGRISOVGAZ is expanding its product range into new construction areas: it is launching active production of serial formwork (aluminum and steel), steel outdoor lighting poles and high-mast lighting systems, and road barriers. AGRISOVGAZ is developing an architectural system based on aluminum profiles (windows, doors, and facades).

Completion of the reconstruction of the translucent atrium roof of the Old Gostiny Dvor. A complex dome in the shape of an irregular trapezoid with a height difference has been created.

The total floor area was 12,700 ^m2 .

The company "AGRISOVGAZ" participated in the design, supply and installation of lightweight metal structures for the dome of the BSA "Luzhniki".

The total area of supplied metal structures was 28,500 ^m2 .

The main production facilities—aluminum and steel structures factories, a steel structure processing shop, and a hot-dip galvanizing shop—were commissioned in 1994-95. At this time, the situation in the country changed dramatically, and demand for greenhouses was virtually nonexistent. The company was forced to develop and master new products required in a market economy. At the same time, the complex continued to develop and produce new greenhouse designs.

Gazprom's management and Agrisystems, a leading Dutch greenhouse company, established a joint venture to manufacture modern greenhouse structures and systems. The integrated approach to building production facilities in the Kaluga Region entailed the creation of an industrial infrastructure—a network of factories producing industrial greenhouses and constructing them in gas-producing regions—to address the problem of utilizing excess heat emitted into the atmosphere by gas compressor stations. This led to the development of a greenhouse industry that could utilize this energy.
