Production of dies from tool steel
All forming parts of the dies are made of high-quality alloy tool steel DIN 1.2379, which is similar to Russian Kh12MF steel. This material is characterized by high hardness, wear resistance, and resistance to dynamic loads.
After mechanical processing, the die tooling elements undergo heat treatment with hardening up to 62 HRC, which ensures:
- long service life of the stamp;
- wear resistance;
- dimensional stability;
- maintaining accuracy under intensive use;
- reducing the likelihood of deformation of work surfaces.
