1. GREENHOUSES AND GREENHOUSE COMPLEXES
AGRISOVGAZ is Russia's largest manufacturer of industrial greenhouses, using Dutch technology but fully adaptable to all climate zones. Our experience includes:

2. HOT-DIP GALVANIZING
AGRISOVGAZ Galvanizing Production is the largest network of hot-dip galvanizing plants in Russia and the CIS, with a production capacity of up to 180,000 tons of metal structures per year. Our company galvanizes structures for the construction, energy, oil and gas, mechanical engineering, road infrastructure, agriculture, and rolled metal industries.
Our production sites in the Kaluga and Leningrad regions include:
• Three high-tech galvanizing lines;
• The longest galvanizing bath in the Northwestern Federal District (13×1.8×3.2 m);
• Use of only primary raw materials with a high zinc content;
• Availability of our own laboratory – all technological processes are controlled through the use of our own resources and expertise, thereby ensuring the best product quality.
We guarantee our clients high-quality zinc coating in accordance with GOST 9.307-2021 and compliance with all technological norms and standards, as well as technical and expert support and assistance in selecting solutions for their specific needs and projects.
3. ALUMINUM PROFILE AND TRANSPARENT SYSTEMS
The AGRISOVGAZ aluminum structures plant produces high-quality profiles of any complexity level.
The company is equipped with modern machinery and a highly automated production process, ranking among the top 10 aluminum profile manufacturers in Russia*. We have designed and manufactured over 10,000 profile types, some of which are unique. Our products are used in the construction of skyscrapers and Olympic venues, in the production of high-speed trains and long-haul trailers, and in the creation of stylish interiors and advertising materials.
A key focus of the company is the design, production, and installation of proprietary architectural and construction systems (ASG). ASG window and door systems are made from high-quality materials that combine practicality and contemporary design. They provide comfort and optimal thermal insulation, expanding design and construction options for projects in a variety of climatic conditions. Their performance properties and production speed allow them to be used at any stage of construction.
The production of aluminum profiles at AGRISOVGAZ is a full cycle, where each stage is technologically linked to the previous and subsequent ones.
1. The foundry is the foundation of quality . Here, cylindrical ingots (115–190 mm in diameter) are cast from primary aluminum and alloying additives (magnesium and silicon). The chemical composition and structural homogeneity are checked before being transferred to the pressing shop.
At this stage: the strength and corrosion resistance of the finished profile is guaranteed.
2. Pressing – mold creation . Ingots are heated to 450–500°C and fed into hydraulic presses (with a force of up to 2,200 tons). The resulting profile is the desired cross-section (from simple angles to complex thermal inserts). Pressing speed is up to 25 m/min (for mass orders). Water and air cooling fixes the metal structure.
At this stage: the profile receives the precise geometric parameters required by GOST and European quality standards.
3. Processing shop – perfection . The profile is sent to milling and sawing machines, where it is cut to the required size, grooves, and holes for fasteners are milled. For translucent systems, argon-arc welding of the joints is added.
At this stage: structures are assembled without any additional modifications.
4. Paint shop – protection and aesthetics . After mechanical processing, the profile is degreased and coated with a titanium-zirconium layer. Next, powder coating is applied in any RAL color, after which the coating thickness (60-120 microns) is controlled. This coating lasts for 15 years in aggressive environments (industrial zones, coastal regions).
At this stage: the profile is not subject to corrosion and meets architectural requirements.
