What happens when you bring together inquisitive schoolchildren, a high-tech production facility, and a team of professionals in one place?
Answer: a vibrant tour, after which even the most technically challenged kids begin to look at metal, presses, and casting molds with genuine interest.
On April 18, students from A.N. Radishchev Secondary School No. 2 in Maloyaroslavets visited the AGRISOVGAZ plant to see how complex metal structures are created. Together with the Employment Center, we organized an immersive experience for them—not through textbooks, but through the noise of the workshops, the smell of hot metal, and large-scale production processes.
What did we show the guys at our production facility?
➡ Aluminum structures factory – here metal is transformed into elements of buildings, bridges and other structures that we see around us.
➡ The pressing shop, where powerful machines, like culinary molds but for metal, create the parts of future products.
➡ The foundry is where the magic happens: molten metal is poured into molds, and in an instant it becomes part of something bigger.
➡ The mechanical assembly section is the final stage, where all the elements are connected into finished structures.
For students, such meetings at the plant's facilities are a chance to see how textbook theory is transformed into real products, and for us, it's an opportunity to meet future colleagues. Who knows, maybe in a few years, some of these students will return to our production facility as specialists?
