AGRISOVGAZ took part in the construction of the largest wood processing plant in the Sverdlovsk region.

AGRISOVGAZ participated in the construction of a high-tech wood processing plant for the forestry company SINERGIYA, producing large-format plywood, lumber, and a wood-fired thermal power plant in Verkhnyaya Tura, Sverdlovsk Oblast. This is one of the largest projects, ranking among the top three largest in the Urals Federal District and among the top ten largest in Russia.

SINERGIYA initiated the creation of a priority development area (PDA) in Verkhnyaya Tura to implement investment projects for the construction of wood processing facilities back in 2018. The company's project was included in the list of priority investment initiatives in forest development, "Construction of a Plywood Mill and a Wood-Based Thermal Power Plant." A tree nursery with a capacity of 17 million closed-root seedlings per year was established in 2019 specifically for this project.

During the construction phase of the production facilities, AGRISOVGAZ joined the project, supplying all the necessary metal structures and taking on the construction and installation work.

Greenhouses for growing closed-root seedlings are also being built on the wood processing plant's premises to support regional reforestation. These greenhouses will allow for the cultivation of up to 12 million coniferous seedlings annually. AGRISOVGAZ participated in this project, developing design documentation, manufacturing, and supplying metal structures and engineering and technological equipment for the 1.17-hectare greenhouse. This greenhouse is based on a modern, 4+-generation structure with a 12 x 4.5 x 5 (H) m column grid, equipped with seedling tables with mesh floors, ensuring optimal conditions for plant production and maintenance and a high utilization rate of over 80%. This complies with international standards for structures of this type.

The SINERGIYA company’s plant is preparing to launch in the third quarter of 2023. The plans include achieving plywood production volumes of 100 thousand m3 and sawn timber production volumes of 190 thousand m3 per year.
The emergence of a new advanced production facility will give impetus to the economic and social development of not only the city, but also the Sverdlovsk region as a whole.
