The company "AGRISOVGAZ" is expanding its production capacity

In order to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality, the company's production infrastructure was modernized by purchasing 4-axis MAC440 machining centers.

The equipment is designed for processing aluminum profiles: milling along a given contour, drilling and thread cutting.

• Length of processed aluminum blanks – up to 7 meters, width – up to 3 meters, height – up to 0.2 meters;
• Accuracy of parts processing +/- 0.1 mm;
• Automatic tool change using a magazine that contains 10 tools;
• Drilling holes with a diameter from 2 to 20 mm in three planes;
• Milling of grooves of various configurations along a given contour in three planes;
• Creation of programs for processing various profile configurations in accordance with technical documentation;
• Possible volumes of profile processing – up to 450 tons annually.
