AGRISOVGAZ continues to consistently modernize its production facilities, focusing on advanced technologies and impeccable product quality. Our latest achievement is the commissioning of a modern powder coating line for metal structures.
This strategic step allows us to take the corrosion protection and appearance of our products to a whole new level, meeting the highest market standards.
The line is a complex of high-tech equipment, each link of which performs critical tasks:
1. Paint booth. The heart of the entire complex, where the coating is applied. This is where the future coating is born, and where 90% of its quality is determined. It was designed and manufactured by AGRISOVGAZ engineers and production staff. We tailored the booth to our specific needs, allowing us to consider every detail: the specific product range, our logistics, and our technological processes. Manufacturing such a booth is a complex task, requiring expertise in metalworking, welding, ventilation design, and workflow management. The successful completion of this project demonstrates that our plant is capable not only of manufacturing products but also of creating and implementing complex technological equipment.
2. Overhead transport system. Ensures precise and smooth movement of structures throughout the entire process chain—from loading to unloading. Also designed and manufactured by AGRISOVGAZ engineers, our in-house overhead system is far more than just "rails and trolleys." It's an intelligent transport network, the result of in-depth knowledge of our technologies and production processes. This allows us to be independent of external suppliers, quickly resolve any issues, and guarantee our customers that their orders, no matter the size or complexity, will be processed accurately and within the agreed-upon timeframe.
3. Polymerization chamber (drying oven) PPG-426. This is the key component of the line, supplied by an external supplier. This is where a strong, monolithic polymer layer is formed at temperatures up to 220°C.
4. APK-12 Aspiration System. A modern air purification system that ensures an environmentally friendly and safe process, capturing up to 99% of excess powder and maintaining perfect cleanliness in the workshop.
