The end of December is the best time to remember the key events in the company.

Today, AGRISOVGAZ plays a leading role in the development of the Russian greenhouse industry, acting not only as a manufacturer and supplier of primary process equipment but also as a full-scale engineering company that performs a full range of work on project concept development, preliminary calculations, design, construction and installation work, and commissioning of greenhouse complex facilities.

This year, AGRISOVGAZ unveiled its innovative microclimate control system, a proprietary development. This innovative solution was showcased at leading Russian and international events, including the Saudi Agriculture 2022 international agricultural exhibition, held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event is traditionally one of the largest specialized events in the Middle East. AGRISOVGAZ's technological solution was showcased at the national exhibition under the "Made in Russia" brand, organized with the support of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the Russian Export Center, and the Federal Center "Agroexport." The microclimate control unit attracted considerable attention from Arab businesses, and negotiations were held on long-term mutually beneficial cooperation in the greenhouse sector.

The second major international event was the AgraME 2022 international exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center in the UAE. The greenhouse industry technologies and products presented by AGRISOVGAZ generated considerable interest among participants. At the stand, visitors were able to see a model of a microclimate cell, learn about its characteristics, and discuss potential collaboration opportunities with company representatives. Representatives from Syria, India, Pakistan, and Tajikistan showed particular interest.

The company's developments in various industries have a positive impact on the country's economy and people's lives. For example, in the road sector, products such as guardrails reduce the likelihood of accidents and, in emergency situations, the risk of serious injury to vehicle drivers and passengers, helping to reduce the number of fatal accidents and improve road safety in Russia. AGRISOVGAZ's technological solutions for this industry were presented at the largest international specialized exhibition, "ROAD 2022," in Kazan. The latest road structures were showcased over a 110-square-meter space, including faceted lighting poles, high-mast lighting systems, noise barriers, automated traffic control system (ATCS) supports, and road barriers.

One of the company's achievements in 2022 was its inclusion in the list of systemically important industrial organizations of the Russian economy. This decision was made by the Government Commission for Improving the Resilience of the Russian Economy under Sanctions. This is no coincidence. The plants' production capacity allows them to fulfill even the largest orders in a short period of time. On an annual basis, this includes 200 hectares of greenhouses, 150,000 tons of barrier fencing structures, 60,000 faceted lighting poles and water-discharge luminaires, 100,000 pipe supports and common house installations, 12,000 tons of transmission line metal structures, 60,000 square meters of translucent systems, 18,000 tons of aluminum profiles, 120,000 tons of electric-welded pipes, and 144,000 tons of hot-dip galvanized metal structures. As a multi-industry holding company, AGRISOVGAZ today supplies products to a wide range of sectors of the Russian economy, such as energy, the oil and gas sector, industrial and civil construction, and road construction.

This year, AGRISOVGAZ was named "Kaluga Brand of the Year 2022" and received the "Kaluga Business" award. The awards were given to the region's best companies, including AGRISOVGAZ, based on a vote by residents and a rigorous selection process by a panel of experts.

In addition to production, the company continues to train its employees. A training center has been successfully operating at the company for two years, with over 300 people having received factory-specific training by the end of 2022. This training helps address the staffing shortage and fosters the development of a mentoring system, resulting in improved production results.

The training center's priority plans for 2023 include expanding its educational program to include training specialists in industrial safety, occupational health, and civil defense and emergency situations. To this end, work is underway to obtain accreditation from the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection to provide occupational safety services and to expand the teaching staff, including by inviting instructors from other institutions and educational institutions. It also plans to train highly qualified personnel not only for its own needs but also for the industry as a whole.

Every year, AGRISOVGAZ develops at an ever-increasing pace: production volumes are increasing, more innovative technologies are being developed and applied, and the level of independence from foreign components and supplies is increasing.

Next year, AGRISOVGAZ is setting new goals, including launching its own production of specific components, equipment, and systems for greenhouses, as well as developing software for centralized management of greenhouse operations. This will enable projects of any complexity to be implemented in various climate zones, regardless of size or crops, improving their quality and cost-effectiveness. A specialized multi-tiered strawberry cultivation system is being developed. The company is also focusing on developing road infrastructure, increasing production volumes, and implementing new projects.
