Imagine: juicy, sweet strawberries growing year-round, not just anywhere, but in a high-tech greenhouse, where every bush is monitored by a smart system. This isn't science fiction—it's reality, created by AGRISOVGAZ with its patented development—the microclimate cell.
Conventional greenhouses are simply a shield against the cold. Our development is artificial intelligence for plants. It doesn't just maintain temperature—it precisely controls every parameter: humidity, light, CO₂, and even air movement. It's like transitioning agriculture from horse-drawn carts to driverless electric vehicles.
To test the cell's operation in real-world conditions, we built an experimental greenhouse with multi-tiered strawberry growing trays on the company's premises.
What's inside?
☑ The vertical tray growing system utilizes greenhouse space most efficiently, as berries are placed not only horizontally but also vertically. An 8-meter span contains four pyramids, each containing six production trays. This allows for almost three times the planting density of single-tier greenhouses.
☑ Smart systems—ventilation, drip irrigation, supplemental lighting, and automatic shade control. Strawberries enjoy ideal conditions 24/7: fresh air is maintained without drafts, water and fertilizer are delivered to the roots without overuse, sun is replaced with supplemental lighting in winter and on cloudy days for uniform berry growth, and automatic shade control protects plants from heat during the day and retains warmth at night.
☑ Complete control – the microclimate cell regulates every parameter to ensure faster, tastier berries. CO₂ levels are optimized for enhanced photosynthesis, lighting is tailored to each growth phase, humidity is maintained within the ideal range of 65-75%, and temperature is regulated with an accuracy of ±0.5°C. This accelerates the strawberry development cycle from flowering to ripening, and extends the fruiting period. As a result, more berries are harvested per bush, significantly increasing the overall yield per greenhouse area.
What does this mean for the industry?
Our greenhouses are no longer experimental prototypes, but working tools that are changing the rules of the game in agribusiness right now. Agriculture is no longer a "lottery"—risks are transformed into manageable parameters. Crop yields increase by 30-50%, while energy consumption is reduced by up to 40%. Annual greenhouse productivity reaches 5-6 harvest cycles versus the traditional 2-3, ensuring continuous production.
We don't just believe in our development – we prove its effectiveness every day with kilograms of perfect strawberries.
