Equipping a greenhouse complex for the production of flower products (Udmurt Republic, Izhevsk)

The company "AGRISOVGAZ" took part in the design and supply of metal structures and equipment for a greenhouse complex (first and second stages) with an area of 7.1 hectares for growing flower products on the territory of OOO TK "Zavyalovsky" (Udmurt Republic, Izhevsk).

Customer: LLC "8Ga".

The company "AGRISOVGAZ" designed and supplied the following for this facility:

☑ The frame (galvanized steel supporting structures, aluminum structures for the roof and fencing, rubber and PVC glass seals, hardware, frost-resistant film on thermal seams, sliding gates with an upper guide, doors, a set of galvanized steel foundation pillars) is the basis of modern industrial-type greenhouse structures, which ensures reliable operation of the entire greenhouse as a whole for its entire service life.

☑ A transom ventilation system is necessary for natural ventilation with outside air through vents in the greenhouse roof. It helps maintain the desired temperature, humidity, and air circulation for continued plant growth and productivity.

☑ Horizontal shading system – used to shade plants during hot weather and reduce heat loss in winter, as well as to regulate humidity in greenhouses.

☑ Heating system (steel structures) designed to maintain the thermal regime within each greenhouse and create comfortable conditions for the sustainable development of various flower crops.

The launch of the greenhouse complex is planned for 2025.
