AGRISOVGAZ Galvanizing Production is the largest network of hot-dip galvanizing plants in Russia and the CIS. Total production capacity reaches up to 180,000 tons of metal structures per year. The company hot-dip galvanizes products for the construction, energy, oil and gas, mechanical engineering, road infrastructure, agriculture, and rolled metal manufacturing industries.

AGRISOVGAZ's production facilities in the Kaluga and Leningrad regions are equipped with three modern production lines, complete with high-precision equipment.

The company uses the longest hot-dip galvanizing bath in the Northwestern Federal District – 13 × 1.8 × 3.2 m, which allows it to process large-sized structures.

We use exclusively primary raw materials with a high zinc content. We ensure consistent coating quality in strict compliance with GOST 9.307-2021 and all current technological standards.

Our in-house laboratory allows for continuous monitoring at all stages of production, ensuring process accuracy and high results.

All work is performed by qualified specialists with extensive practical experience in the field of hot-dip galvanizing.
