Winter greenhouses in a country where winter is the norm❄️
Russia is a truly winter country.
Much of its territory lies in a zone of low temperatures, permafrost, and so-called "risky farming." That's why today the majority of vegetable produce is grown in protected soil conditions—in year-round greenhouses.

Agrisovgaz LLC designs and manufactures industrial greenhouses that operate reliably in temperatures as low as -20°C and below.

We approach a greenhouse not as a “glass box,” but as a complex engineering structure where every detail is important.

What makes our winter greenhouses reliable and energy efficient:

✅Foundations
They are designed taking into account snow loads and the depth of soil freezing - the greenhouse is calculated for real climatic conditions, and not “based on average values”.

✅Steel frame
The cross-sections of metal structures are selected taking into account the standard snow loads of a specific region - this is the basis for strength and durability.

✅Enclosing structures
The roof and facades are constructed of aluminum systems and tempered glass designed to withstand heavy loads. Double-glazed facades reduce heat loss and improve the greenhouse's energy efficiency.

✅Frost-resistant seals and elements
We use materials that retain their properties even at extremely low temperatures.

✅A well-thought-out heating system
The greenhouses feature top, bottom, zonal, side, and under-tray heating. All systems are automatically controlled and adjusted to the outside temperature.

The “warm roof” solution is worth mentioning separately.
Thanks to the combination of under-tray and overhead heating, a positive temperature is maintained on the roof, snow does not accumulate, the load on the glass is reduced, and sunlight freely enters the greenhouse.

Result?
A greenhouse that operates reliably in winter saves energy, withstands climate stress, and creates optimal conditions for growing plants year-round.
