Experts from AGRISOVGAZ discussed the prospects for the development of the road construction industry in Russia.

Experts from AGRISOVGAZ, Russia's largest industrial complex, discussed the development prospects of the road construction industry in Russia at the conference "Road Construction in Russia. Road Construction Machinery and Equipment: Import Substitution and Development Prospects." The event was supported and participated by the Russian Ministry of Transport, the Federal Road Agency, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Construction, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and relevant agencies and institutes. The R.O.S. ASPHALT Association acted as the organizer.
Roads are a critical indicator of people's quality of life. Building a modern, high-quality road network is one of the most important conditions for achieving national development goals and a key objective of the "Safe, High-Quality Roads" national project.
A major industry conference and exhibition dedicated to this issue took place on January 24 in Moscow. It served as a meeting place for representatives of federal and regional government agencies, design, construction, and contracting organizations, expert and scientific communities, and engineering and manufacturing companies in the road construction industry that create machinery and equipment and implement innovative materials and technologies for road construction and maintenance.
The key topics of the event included import substitution in the road construction industry, opportunities, prospects, and successful experiences in localizing production and components in Russia, as well as developing domestic equipment and road construction machinery. The conference also addressed the features of modern asphalt mixing plants, the use of laboratory equipment, and the development of advanced technologies and cutting-edge materials for road construction.
