AGRISOVGAZ took part in the international agro-industrial exhibition "Saudi Agriculture 2022"

AGRISOVGAZ took part in the international agro-industrial exhibition Saudi Agriculture 2022, which was held from October 17 to 20, 2022, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The event generated tremendous interest in Russian greenhouse products presented by AGRISOVGAZ. A model of a microclimate cell attracted considerable attention from Arab business and government representatives. This Russian development is the only one in the world capable of operating in the harsh climates of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with high temperatures and humidity levels, in industrial vegetable and berry production. Professionals noted its uniqueness and high reliability. Representatives of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, major vegetable producers, retail chains, farmers, and agricultural enterprises expressed particular interest in the microclimate cell. Following the exhibition, contacts were established, and initial cooperation strategies were developed. Participation in the event can already be seen as the beginning of a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship between the Russian company and Saudi Arabian companies.

The Saudi Argiculture exhibition is traditionally one of the largest industry events in the Middle East. This year, 450 exhibitors from 45 countries participated, with 11 national exhibits on display. The total exhibition space exceeded 18,000 square meters.
The Russian national exhibit was organized by the Russian Export Center with the support of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture. The Russian national exhibit was the largest not only this year but also in the exhibition's history. Furthermore, the Russian delegation was the largest, with over 250 delegates. Fifty-five leading Russian agricultural producers and exporters were represented across an area of 1,188 square meters.

The key event of the exhibition was the plenary session "Russia-Saudi Arabia: Long-Term Partnership in Mutual Trade in Agricultural Products."
Over 380 business meetings were held during the exhibition, with an estimated potential of over $21 million. Russian agricultural exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are expected to exceed $1 billion in 2022.
