Equipping a greenhouse complex for the production of flower products in the Udmurt Republic (Sarapul)

AGRISOVGAZ participated in the equipping of a 6-hectare greenhouse complex for indoor flower production in the Udmurt Republic (Sarapul). The total project area was 9.3 hectares.

Customer: United Flower Company "Roses of Udmurtia".

The greenhouse complex in Sarapul is a major investment project that will soon become a hallmark of the region's agricultural sector. Cut rose production in Udmurtia could reach 20 million roses—20% of the entire Russian market. Flowers comparable in quality to the best producers in Ecuador, Colombia, Kenya, and Israel will be supplied throughout Russia.

The following greenhouse equipment was supplied by AGRISOVGAZ for this project:

☑ "Cold house" (steel and aluminum structures, PVC profiles for glazing) - in an industrial greenhouse complex, this is the basis of the greenhouse, which performs a number of functions: protecting plants from adverse climatic factors, creating a favorable microclimate, installing and operating engineering and technological systems, and ensuring the reliable operation of the entire structure.

☑ Ventilation and window opening mechanisms – necessary to ensure natural air exchange and maintain optimal temperature parameters inside the greenhouse;

☑ horizontal and vertical shading systems for regulating lighting, temperature and humidity in a greenhouse complex, as well as for heat conservation;

☑ Metal foundation posts – used to create a reliable foundation that ensures the stability and strength of the structure, which is especially important when growing plants on a large scale.

The project is now complete and operational.
