Presses with capacities of 63, 100, and 160 tons can bend and form various parts, cut, and punch holes. These products are used to assemble greenhouse structures.

The CNC laser cutting machine is designed for 3D cutting of pipes of various configurations – round, triangular, and rectangular – as well as channels, angles, T-bars, rods, and other profiles, as well as structural materials up to 12 meters long. It is ideal for the production of solid metal structures such as industrial greenhouse complexes, prefabricated production facilities, warehouses, stadiums, etc. The machine can process parts with diameters from 20 to 406 mm (square pipes up to 300 mm). Thanks to the high precision of laser cutting, the workpieces do not require any additional post-processing.

A CNC laser sheet cutting machine allows for the precise and rapid cutting of various blanks and parts, as well as consumables for in-house production.

This BAYKAL HYPERTHERM system is equipped with two plasma cutters and HYPERTHERM HPR 260XD power sources. It can cut carbon steel sheets up to 12 m long, 3 m wide, and 64 mm thick, expanding the company's capabilities in lighting pole production.

The addition of a second plasma cutting machine from the Russian manufacturer ARMADA significantly increases productivity and increases production volumes of lighting poles without compromising quality. Sheets up to 12 meters long and 2 meters wide can be cut.

The CNC line combines high precision and productivity, providing comprehensive processing of angle steel: punching holes, cutting at right and oblique angles, marking – applying marks, stamps, and designations for ease of assembly and inspection, which allows for the production of high-quality power transmission line components.

A high-frequency welding line from an Italian manufacturer produces precise and even welds that require no post-processing. This enables rapid production of large batches of lighting poles.

The line manufactures posts for barriers, bridge barriers, and road dividers. This line is fully automated and boasts high precision.

The barrier beam production line automatically produces 2- and 3-wave profiles from various steel grades, creating safe road barriers. Barriers are manufactured in accordance with GOST and TU standards.

This line is equipped with automated processes for steel feeding from coils, rolling, welding, profile cutting, and packaging. The lines are equipped with modern pipe cutting machines that operate both in conjunction with the pipe rolling mill and independently.

The VOORTMAN system can process sheets up to 100 mm thick and cut large batches of steel profiles. Its high productivity ensures fast and high-quality order fulfillment.
