More than 100 graduates of the AGRISOVGAZ training center are employed at the company's enterprises.

The opening of its own training center in 2021 was a significant milestone for AGRISOVGAZ. In less than a year, more than 100 people completed the training. All graduates, having acquired in-demand industrial skills, took advantage of the opportunity to pursue further employment at AGRISOVGAZ plants.

The plant's curriculum is structured so that full-time training is combined with full-time work. This progressive learning model allows students to reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical training directly on the plant's workshops. This synergy creates an adaptive effect—freshmen seamlessly integrate into the workforce.

A training program tailored to the specific needs of each plant also facilitates rapid adaptation. The most in-demand skills include welding, rigging, stamping, and etching. Classes are taught by qualified engineering and technical personnel.

At the plant, you can gain a new profession or improve your skills in any of 43 educational programs. Upon completion of training, a certificate is issued confirming the graduate's qualifications. In 2022, the AGRISOVGAZ training center faces a more ambitious goal: 300 graduates in core trades are expected to join the company. In January, the first group of 15 future welders began a two-month training course.
