Russian company AGRISOVGAZ is ready to employ refugees from Donbass.

Today, AGRISOVGAZ, one of the largest metalworking companies in Russia, held an Open Day for refugees from Donbass located in the Kaluga Region. Those interested in employment were given a tour of the company's workshops and production facilities, and also met with HR staff. The company offers employment opportunities not only to specialists with the technical skills required by the company, such as repair mechanics, stackers/packers, pipe packers, electric and gas welders, and cooks, but also offers training at its own training center for those who are ready to work at AGRISOVGAZ plants.

AGRISOVGAZ's initiative is one of the first gestures of assistance by Russian businesses to refugees from Donbas. Since the beginning of the military operation, nearly 1.5 million displaced persons have arrived in Russia and been resettled in various regions. More than 1,500 people are currently located in the Kaluga Region, where the company's production facilities are located. Among them are many qualified specialists, including those in technical fields. However, most of them have difficulty finding work due to a lack of necessary documents.

"We understand that the current situation is challenging, so AGRISOVGAZ is ready to assist in the employment of specialists who will be able to prove themselves at our company in the future. Furthermore, we provide training to anyone who is willing to work for us or wants to learn a profession," commented Maxim Yakibchuk, CEO of AGRISOVGAZ.
