The training center of the company "AGRISOVGAZ" is 1 year old

April marks one year since the opening of AGRISOVGAZ's in-house training center. During this time, 162 people have been trained and acquired in-demand industrial skills.
Since the beginning of 2022, 59 students have graduated from the UKK. Currently, graduating cohorts studying slinger and welder are consolidating their theoretical knowledge through practical training in the workshops and will soon be able to begin working at the company's factories.

The issue of staff retraining remains pressing. Training at the plant is organized so that full-time training is combined with full-time work. To improve the skills of employees at the AGRISOVGAZ hot-dip galvanizing plant in the Leningrad Region, a combined training option is being considered, including a week-long on-site visit.
The training center's priority plans for the coming year include expanding its educational program to include training specialists in occupational safety, civil defense, and emergency management. To this end, efforts are underway to increase the teaching staff, including by recruiting instructors from other institutions and educational institutions.
