On September 11 and 16, 2020, tests of 6-20 kV transmission line supports of AGRISOVGAZ LLC were carried out at the Test Center for Electrical and Power Equipment of the Overhead Power Line Engineering Center (OOO Engineering Center ORGRES).
Two types of in-house designed supports on a multi-faceted post were tested for compliance with the standards and requirements established for a specific product type: the AC-10P multi-faceted intermediate support and the AC-10AU multi-faceted anchor corner support. The tests were conducted in accordance with the requirements of PUE 7: verification of geometric parameters; welded joints; strength, and deformability for compliance with the requirements of GOST 23118-2012 "Steel building structures. General specifications" and SP 16.13330.2017 "Steel structures. Updated version of SNiP II-23-81".
Based on the testing results, the commission concluded that the AC-10P multi-faceted intermediate support and the AC-10AU multi-faceted anchor corner support, developed and manufactured by AGRISOVGAZ LLC, meet regulatory requirements for workmanship, strength, and deformability. The structural tests were successful, and test reports were issued based on the results.
