AGRISOVGAZ took part in the XIV All-Russian Road Conference

The XIV All-Russian Conference "Current Issues in the Design of Highways and Artificial Structures" was held in St. Petersburg.

At a specialized forum, event participants discussed issues related to the further development of the road industry, attracting investment, and analyzed the challenges facing road product manufacturers. The main objective of the conference was to develop strategic solutions to support knowledge-intensive technologies and their implementation in the road industry.

Ekaterina Reshetova, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Transport Economics and Transport Policy at the Higher School of Economics, introduced forum participants to Russia's backbone road network.

The conference discussed the use of innovative materials to protect artificial structures from corrosion during the implementation of the national project "Safe High-Quality Roads."

The forum raised the pressing issue of sanctions. Rising prices for raw materials and products, loss of markets, and expensive loans are just a few of the challenges facing road workers. Sergei Yakubov, Head of Road Infrastructure at AGRISOVGAZ LLC, who spoke during the discussion, believes that cooperation between the government and small businesses will help the road industry navigate this difficult period with minimal losses.

The conference concluded with the presentation to AGRISOVGAZ of a certificate of membership in the Association of Builders and Suppliers of Road Complexes (ASDOR).
