Currently, the company "AGRISOVGAZ" has the ability to manufacture and galvanize at its facilities transmission line supports from multi-faceted bent posts, with a voltage of 6-10, 35 kV according to standard customer designs.

Multifaceted supports can be used in all climatic conditions according to SNiP 23-01. Steel multifaceted supports can be used in populated and unpopulated areas in icy and windy zones IV. The permissible air temperature is down to -65°C.

A structure made of polygonal bent posts (MBP) is essentially a hollow steel tree trunk, crafted from metal. A MBP is a conical tube with a box-shaped, polygonal cross-section, manufactured by bending sheet steel and then welding or joining its edges at an edge or face. The sheet steel thickness can range from 2 to 10-12 mm. A thinner thickness is impractical for the strength of the post. The raw material for MBP is rolled steel sheet. The posts are manufactured with a cross-section that varies in height, and the post consists of several individual sections, like a bamboo trunk (each section is 10-15 m long). Supports made of MGS possess a very important property: versatility, i.e., adaptability, allowing a basic support to quickly "grow" into a whole family of derivative modifications. This property is built into the pillar design, as the structural design and support production are highly automated. Pile foundation designs have also been developed for MGS supports, simplifying installation, assembly, and, ultimately, commissioning of the facility.
