The basis of the ASG translucent door systems are combined profiles consisting of two aluminum elements connected by two thermal inserts made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide.

Aluminum profiles are manufactured from AD31T1 and 6060T6 alloys in accordance with GOST 22233-2001, guaranteeing high precision and corrosion resistance. Thermal inserts made of PA6.6 polyamide with 25% fiberglass ensure low thermal conductivity, high strength, and durability.

Ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) seals, compliant with GOST 30778-2021, are used to seal door frame rebates and infills. They effectively prevent heat loss, create a reliable seal, and facilitate condensation drainage.

Fasteners and accessories are made from stainless or corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring the durability of the structure.

Door profiles are powder-coated in accordance with GOST 9.410-88. The coating color is selected from the RAL color chart, and its thickness ranges from 60 to 120 microns. To ensure durability and longevity, the painted elements are cured at 180-200°C.

ASG door systems can be filled with glass, double-glazed windows, or sandwich panels, allowing them to be adapted to the requirements of various projects.
