Construction and frame
Industrial greenhouses of AGRISOVGAZ LLC are of the VENLO type in a multi-span (block) design.
Span width: 4; 6.4; 8; 9.6; 12; 12.8 and 16 meters.
Height of frame columns: 4.5; 5; 6; 6.5; 7 meters and higher with a pitch of ordinary frame columns of 4; 4.5 and 5 meters on reinforced concrete or metal foundation pillars.
Roof tray design: aluminum.
The frame columns are installed on reinforced concrete or metal posts in bored, precast, or pile foundations. In regions and areas with permafrost, greenhouses are installed on platforms with a ventilated subfloor.
The design of VENLO greenhouses for construction in Russia and for foreign countries is manufactured in versions adapted to the requirements of national standards in the field of construction of protected ground structures. This design allows for optimal microclimate control while fully respecting the growing conditions for vegetables, flowers, and other plant products.
The greenhouse walls along the outer perimeter are mounted on an insulated or heated base, in a 2-layer version when building in regions with a cold and long winter period (according to calculation).
To improve light reflectivity, all steel structures can be painted white according to the RAL scale (9016).
They consist of vertical, horizontal, baseboard, and roof glazing bars and vents (with the option of installing mosquito nets), manufactured from construction-grade aluminum alloys using an extrusion process. The design includes PVC profiles for sealing the glass and glazing bar joints within the vertical and roof glazing bars.
Double-circuit trays are used for more efficient collection and disposal of wastewater.
The greenhouse can be covered with either glass or polymer sheeting. Glass joints are sealed with weather-resistant rubber or PVC polycarbonate crimped profiles on vertical walls using factory-made connectors.
All greenhouses are equipped with aluminum doors and gates for personnel and equipment access.
Standard gates are manufactured in dimensions of 3000 x 3000 mm and can be suspended, sliding, with or without a wicket. Upon customer request, gates can be manufactured in other sizes to meet greenhouse production technology requirements.
Roller shutter doors with manual and electric (if necessary, automatic) opening or corresponding openings for these doors can also be installed in the walls and corridors of greenhouses.
The doors are equipped with handles, brushes on the sliding sections of the frame, and rubber seals along the abutment lines. Exterior doors are supplied with locks as standard.

To perform calculations of the metal frame of greenhouse structures, the certified licensed program "SCAD Office" from the company OOO "SKAD SOFT", Moscow, is used.
The calculation of the stability of the metal frame structures in each specific case for a construction site located in the corresponding climatic zone is carried out taking into account the engineering surveys of the site.
