Heating system
The heating system is calculated based on the climatic conditions of the greenhouse complex's location, in accordance with SP and SNiP. Heat loss compensation is ensured by heating system circuits with separate control for each circuit.
The calculation of the coolant for each heating circuit is carried out automatically, taking into account the temperature and time restrictions set by the requirements of the plant growing technology.
The supply of the initial coolant from the boiler room or energy center is carried out through a system of external and internal main heating networks of overhead and (or) underground laying in a protected design with leakage control to heating control units located in the connecting corridors of greenhouse blocks, in technological rooms and (or) directly in the greenhouses (decided by the project individually for each facility).
In the heating control units, using multi-way mixing valves, the coolant is prepared separately for each heating circuit and supplied by network pumps through the distribution network of pipelines to the heating pipe registers located directly in the greenhouses and other heated rooms of the greenhouse block.
The number, diameter, and layout of pipes are determined individually for each project to heat the air, substrate, and soil in greenhouses and the utility rooms of greenhouse units. If necessary (based on calculations), an additional (peak) heat source—part of the heating system—can be air heating using various heating units: electric, gas, water, and others. Bottom and top heating pipes can be used as pipe rails for moving utility carts and mobile plant care equipment.
Axial fans are used to even out the climate in the greenhouse, and the air volume is divided into climate zones with separate microclimate control. The majority of the metal structures for the greenhouse heating systems—pipes, supports, tie rods, brackets, hangers, and hooks—are manufactured at AGRISOVGAZ LLC.
