Greenhouse microclimate control system

Irrigation and plant nutrition systems using mineral fertilizer solutions in greenhouses are used depending on the specific plant production technology adopted for a particular facility: low-volume hydroponics, soil-based hydroponics, hydroponic tables, suspended or supported trays, salad lines, primary or backup irrigation, etc.
Recirculating drainage and disinfection system for nutrient solutions

A design addition (optional) to a modern greenhouse irrigation system designed to conserve water and mineral fertilizers, reduce wastewater discharge, and improve the environmental performance of greenhouse production. Drainage from drip irrigation (up to 40% of the outflow) flows by gravity through a system of collectors to an intermediate tank, from which it is pressurized into the storage tanks of the solution units. It then flows through thermal and/or UV disinfectors to the storage tanks of the solution units, after which it is recycled as an additive (up to 40%) to a fresh mineral fertilizer solution into a nutrient solution mixer and then back into the greenhouses. If necessary , a similar system can be used to equip hydroponic irrigation tables using the ebb-and-flow method.

Irrigation systems

All irrigation systems are equipped with solution units of appropriate capacity with storage tanks for water, nutrient solutions, containers for dissolving mineral fertilizers with mixers, storage of consumable volumes of concentrated solutions of mineral fertilizers, acid and alkali tanks, a mixer for preparing working solutions, a pump group for collecting and feeding nutrient solution to greenhouse sections, an automatic control unit for the operation of the unit and the system.

For a modern standard option for growing vegetables on hanging trays using the method For small-volume hydroponics in containers with artificial or natural substrate, a drip irrigation system is used with a distribution pipeline along each tray and capillary tubes with droppers to each plant on the tray.

The system securely attaches drippers to each plant, delivering water and nutrient solutions directly to the root zone, taking into account the limited volume of this zone. Water delivery can be easily adjusted when changing crops according to established crop rotations. Individual drippers or distribution pipes on individual trays can be removed and replaced if necessary. The system easily adapts to various tray placement patterns within greenhouse aisles and plant rows, including interplanting cultivation.

Greenhouses with soil-based cultivation technology are used for small-scale production in individual farms, smallholdings, and home gardens. They are equipped with drip irrigation systems with individual drippers for each plant or an economical option using integrated drip lines, providing moisture for a continuous strip of plant community. This is important when growing densely planted crops. In addition, greenhouses are equipped with sprinkler systems designed for growing low-growing plants in soil beds: seedlings, saplings, ornamental plants, etc. For these bed-growing technologies in small-area greenhouses for small-scale production, overhead irrigation is quite technologically feasible and cost-effective. Sprinkler irrigation with hoses and nozzles is also used as a backup for industrial greenhouses with drip and hydroponic irrigation.

Evaporative cooling and air humidification system (ECAS)

The standard greenhouse technology system from AGRISOVGAZ LLC is available in high-pressure (over 100 atm) and medium-pressure (over 60 atm) versions. The system's nozzles are equipped with anti-drip devices (if necessary). They are equipped with plunger pumps and high-pressure nozzles. The system is effective for growing tropical crops, including cucumbers. The high-pressure version, through adiabatic evaporation of finely dispersed moisture and heat absorption, helps reduce greenhouse air temperatures by 7-8°C.
