The ASG72 series (with a thermal break section) with central and internal seals is designed for the manufacture of window and door units. The ASG72 series is certified, and window unit testing yielded the following results:
- The given heat transfer resistance of window and door units with a ratio of the glazing area to the area filled with the light opening of 0.75, depending on the installed glass unit, lies in the range of 0.35 - 0.45 m2 C/W.
- The air permeability of a window block with a pressure difference of 10 Pa on the outer and inner surfaces is in the range of 5 kg/m2h.
- External noise insulation from urban traffic is 31 dBA. The ASG72 series has a basic size of 72 mm. Insulating glass units or sandwich panels with thicknesses ranging from 18 to 58 mm can be used as infill in ASG72 series structures. The thermal break section is made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide thermal inserts. This material has low thermal conductivity, guarantees high dimensional and shape accuracy, strength, and resistance to aging. Arched elements for doors and windows can be manufactured with a minimum bending radius of 500 mm.
