The basis of ASG window systems are combined profiles consisting of two profiles connected to each other using two thermal inserts made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide.

Aluminum profiles are manufactured using AD31T1 and 6060T6 alloys in accordance with GOST 22233-2001. These alloys are corrosion-resistant and allow for the production of high-precision profiles.

Thermal inserts are made of PA6.6 polyamide with 25% fiberglass. This material has low thermal conductivity, guarantees high dimensional and shape accuracy, strength, and resistance to aging.

Rubber seals are made of ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM) in accordance with GOST 30778-2021. They are used to seal the infill and rebate joints in ASG window structures, as well as to create a rebate joint and drain condensation in the central part of the window.

The fasteners and accessories used are made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant material.

The profiles used for window manufacturing can be powder-coated in accordance with GOST 9.410-88. The coating color is specified by the customer using the RAL color chart. The coating thickness depends on the type of paint and ranges from 60 to 120 microns. The coated profiles are cured in a drying chamber at 180-200°C for 20 minutes.

Glass, double-glazed windows or sandwich panels can be used as filling in the structures of ASG window systems.
