The "ASG50" cold-formed aluminum windows and doors are designed for creating transparent exterior and interior enclosures for public, residential, industrial, and auxiliary buildings and structures. Windows and doors are manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles. Products can be powder-coated in a customer-specified color.
This system's infill can be glass, double-glazed windows, or sandwich panels with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 49 mm. The system has a basic size of 52 mm for the frame and 50 or 60 mm for the sash. The infill (double-glazed windows or sandwich panels) is installed on special spacers according to the diagram in the "ASG50" catalog.
The infill (glazing unit or sandwich panel) is secured with glazing beads, which can be rectangular or shaped. The choice of glazing bead shape is up to the customer. The profiles used to manufacture windows, doors, and stained-glass windows can be powder coated in accordance with GOST 9.410-88. The coating color is determined by the customer using the RAL color scale. The coating thickness depends on the type of paint and ranges from 60 to 120 microns.
