Facade glazing systems

When designing ASG façade systems, we adhere to a full range of façade standards, including sound insulation, fire resistance, and safety. Glass, double-glazed windows, or sandwich panels are used as infill.

The ASG500 is a translucent system used by architects to create building facades and roofs, domes, atriums, and winter gardens. The design offers a wide range of options, and modern materials allow for the combination of different window systems in both vertical and inclined planes.

This is the ideal option for covering openings with non-standard configurations. These structures are also used as internal and external fencing.

The ASG500SG is a profile system for large-format glazing of building facades. The design is based on ASG500 profiles, suitable for vertical and inclined facades.

The impression of a monolithic, translucent storefront is achieved by designers and architects using structural and semi-structural glazing technologies. Structural construction utilizes large-format glass units, while semi-structural construction utilizes smaller units. Both options, despite their heavy weight, create a stylish and visually appealing façade.

This effect is made possible by a system that conceals the entire profile structure and clamping elements behind glass. The integrated windows, visually perceived as glazing units in the façade, are also concealed. This architectural solution allows for significantly more sunlight, which is important for Russian regions with harsh climates.

The structures can reach up to 8 meters in height. For safety, tall façades are equipped with mechanical support for the outer glass, which is entirely justified for structures weighing up to 500 kg. If necessary, doors made from ASG68 system profiles can be integrated into the façade.

The ASG500SF is a translucent system for curtain walling and interior partitions with a stylish design and high fire resistance. It is used in both modern buildings and renovations. The system is based on ASG500 profiles.

Fire protection in stained-glass window structures is achieved using fire-resistant fillers—thermal panels and heat-compensating granules. A special strip is installed on the glass unit's rebate; when heated, it expands and fills the empty space, preventing the spread of flame and smoke.

The facade or stained glass design can be supplemented with a reinforced fire-resistant door of the ASG58E system.
